Tronto University's canpus

I will introduce about Toronto University’s campus. The student’s numbers of Toronto University are surprisingly 55 thousand, and this number is largest in Canada. Because this university collects students of various nationalities, there are a lot of students from Asia. In campus there are several wonderful restaurants. There is the restaurant named “The Gallery Grill” in Hart House. There are beautiful windows of stand glass and pictures, so if you go there, you feel as if you are in the church and museum, and you can enjoy special atmosphere. In campus, there are Ontario museums, Roberts’s library, parks, and historical buildings, too.

Japanese Custom

I will introduce about Japanese traditional events from July to December. The First, I introduce “the star festival”. We do the star festival on July 7. In “Tanabata” we write our wish on the paper called tanzaku, and decorate it on bamboo grass. It is said that Altair and Vega can meet only that day, but if the day is rainy, they can’t meet. Next, I introduce “moon viewing”. On August 15 and September 13, we enjoy looking the moon eating moon viewing’s dumpling. Last, I introduce New Year’s Eve. We have a habit to eat soba on this day to cut off one year’s trouble, and to not hold over the trouble next year.At the temple this night, ring the bell 1 hundred eight times to cut off from worldly desires and take a new year.

Halloween

I will introduce about Halloween costumes that people wear in the Halloween’s season. From the beginning, Halloween’s main meaning is to express things that there is nothing in this earth by costume and makeup. It contains not only fairies and spirits but also monsters and sorcery.　Because of this, people wear not ordinary horror costume, ghost costumes, and gothic costumes. I will introduce about the Palace of Versailles in France. The distance between Japan and France is about 9600km. The Palace of Versailles is in southwest from Paris, and the distance is only 17km. It takes about 30 minutes from Paris by bus.

The Palace of Versailles is baroque architecture and famous for gorgeous buildings and broad beautiful garden all over the world. The Palace of Versailles is mainly made up of three palaces and garden and other buildings. The area of sites is 800ha and total length of road are 20km, and surprisingly there are 2 hundred thousand’s trees.

The inside of the Palace of Versailles, there is
royal chapel where Louis 14 de France and Marie Antoinette hold wedding and there are a lot of art. The room of mirror is the place used ceremony and sighed Versailles agreement. The total numbers of room are about 700.

富士急ハイランド

　The attractions of Fujikyu High Land have broken the Guinness Book of World Records many times, and it was thirteen times. The first I introduce “Eejyanaika”. Total length of “Eejyanaika” is 1153 meters, and the highest marks is 76 meters, and its top speed is 126 kilometers per hour. Surprisingly, people fall down just about at right angle in this coaster. This coaster turns fourteen times, and this is the highest number in the world, and this coaster is the first four dimensional coaster in Japan. Next I introduce “Dodonpa”. The most surprising point of this coaster is this coaster’s speed reach 172 kilometers per hour only 1.8seconds from shot. We can see only sky in the top of vertical tower. Last I introduce “FUJIYAMA” catch phrase of FUJIYMA is the coaster which is nearest to heaven and this coaster leans vertically against the ground and turns 90 degree very fast. We can see Mt.Fuji well in this coaster.
